Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in both community mental health and private practice. I earned my Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Utah.

My work is especially focused on supporting adults through grief, loss of self, identity shifts, and life transitions. I bring a trauma-informed and depth-oriented lens to the therapy room, helping clients explore what’s beneath the surface while feeling supported and seen.

I became a therapist because I've always been drawn to people's stories and the quiet strength it takes to be human. My role is to walk alongside you, offering steadiness as you navigate your own unfolding.

My approach to therapy

I offer a collaborative, relational approach rooted in psychodynamic, attachment-based, mindfulness, and somatic frameworks. At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing is not about "fixing" yourself—it's about remembering who you are, reconnecting with what’s been silenced, lost, or buried, and learning to live more authentically, grounded, and whole.

My role is to hold space for your pain, your process, and your potential—helping you move at a pace that feels safe. I often integrate reflective dialogue with nervous system awareness, always honoring your unique story and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel more grounded, emotionally attuned, and connected to themselves over time. Sessions are a space for curiosity, reflection, and growth—not pressure or perfection.

We’ll work together to understand long-standing patterns, gently tend to emotional wounds, and build internal clarity and self-trust. My hope is that you’ll leave therapy not only with insight, but with a deeper sense of wholeness and alignment in your life.
