Great to meet you!

Online Therapy for Anxiety in Florida & New York

Is anxiety keeping you stuck?

You look like you’re handling everything. But your mind keeps circling the same worries.

What if I’m not doing enough at work? What if I disappoint someone? What will happen as my parents get older? What if I can’t keep up with everything people need from me?

At Inclusion Online Therapy, we help you understand what fuels these worries and learn how to respond to them differently, so anxiety has less control over your choices and your day.

Therapy can help you navigate work pressure, family expectations, changing relationships, caregiving, perfectionism, and uncertainty about the future.

We understand that many times your worries are connected to your life, culture, family, and responsibilities. Therapy makes room for all of it.

Our therapists offer online therapy in English and Spanish for individuals in Florida and New York.

My approach to therapy

We help you understand not only what you are feeling, but also the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you feeling anxious.

Therapy with us is not one-size-fits-all. We integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, energy psychology like tapping and psychodynamic approaches based on your unique needs and goals.

Together, we may work on quieting anxious thoughts, challenging unhelpful patterns, setting healthier boundaries, managing stress, and building new tools that feel realistic for your everyday life.

We also recognize that culture, family expectations, identity, immigration experiences, and being the person others depend on can shape how anxiety shows up. You will not have to separate those parts of yourself from the work we do together.

Our goal is to help you better understand yourself and respond to life with greater confidence and intention.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when anxiety makes you overthink, second-guess yourself, or wonder what you’re even supposed to say.

Your first session is a conversation, not a test. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

We’ll talk about:

  • What has been weighing on you lately?
  • What does life look like for you right now, and what would you like to feel different?
  • What situations, thoughts, or experiences seem to trigger your anxiety?
  • What are you already doing to cope and what seems to help, even a little?
  • What strengths and supports can we build on?

We’ll also begin identifying what you want from therapy and the small, realistic steps that can help you move toward those goals.

Therapy with us is a partnership. You can simply start where you are.
