Great to meet you!

Welcome! It takes courage to start on the path to therapy. I've been helping people get in touch with their feelings and develop new ways to manage stress, depression and anxiety since 2021 in private practice and in nonprofits before that. I earned my master's in social work from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor in 2012 and enjoy building on skills through continuing education.

My approach to therapy

I like to collaborate with you and check in along the way to make sure we are still talking about what's most important to you. We'll take a look at how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are interconnected and experiment with ways to help you feel more confident and at peace. I'll likely suggest mindfulness exercises and practices to help you tolerate feelings including self-compassion to reach your goals.

What you can expect from me

We'll create a brave space where you can explore how you interact with the world around you and build skills to improve your relationship to yourself and others.
