Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with a master's degree in Social Work and experience across diverse settings, including crisis intervention, psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) programs, schools, and work with survivors of domestic violence. I have worked with individuals of all ages, children to adults, and take a strengths-based, collaborative approach to care. My background has equipped me to support clients through both acute crisis and long-term personal growth, always striving to create a safe, empathetic, and empowering environment where healing and meaningful change can occur.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, focusing on building a consistent, supportive space for clients to explore challenges and develop practical coping skills. I emphasize ongoing growth and empowerment while helping clients navigate everyday stressors and long term goals.

What you can expect from me

The expectation of the first session is to focus on getting to know you. It is the time to identify concerns, goals, and discuss what brings you to therapy. We will do this by exploring your background all while creating a supportive and comfortable space.
