I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Board Certified Counselor. I received my Master’s Degree through a CACREP accredited program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Illinois University and my Psychology degree from University of Illinois.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an empathetic approach in our therapy sessions. I focus on integrating health and mental wellness through a holistic approach to therapy. I offer a relaxed, humorous, empathetic, warm and empowering therapy environment. We will work on finding solution-oriented tools and strategies that are backed by evidenced based therapy approaches to help you make the changes you seek in your daily life!
