Myron (Mike) Siegel

I work with folks who have been traumatized, have anger issues, substance or other addictions, multiple mental health diagnoses, help them focus on their goals, and break them down to smaller steps which they can achieve.

I am solution focused, and help clients understand how they became the people they are now, as well as becoming the people they would like to be. I am integrative, that is I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, as well as Trauma based techniques based on current research and practice.

I teach skills to calm the amygdala, and help tot urn on your "thinking brain" while not in session. I help clients to set achievable goals, so that you gradually overcome current obstacles to your living the life you would like to live.
