Hi there! My name is Mysti and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have a strong passion for working with teens, young adults, and women who struggle with various life challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, family issues, self-harm, low self-esteem, and grief.
I take an eclectic and individualized approach to treatment. We all have internal strengths and tools within us that can be utilized to help us find balance in our lives. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, valued, and understood.
I believe in a person-centered approach to counseling and setting goals. Clients can expect support, encouragement and validation from me when it comes to their goals and expected outcomes from treatment.
