Great to meet you!

My primary area of focus is EMDR Therapy with both couples and individuals. In my work with couples, I specialize in healing relational trauma, including infidelity, emotional or physical abuse, and the profound grief that follows the loss of a child. In individual therapy, I support clients processing childhood trauma, attachment wounds, sexual abuse, religious trauma, and other painful or overwhelming life experiences.

Alongside EMDR, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gottman Method interventions to create a trauma-informed, collaborative, and personalized approach to healing.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR Therapy to help clients process and re-organize painful or overwhelming life experiences.

My work is inspired by kintsugi — the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold — which reflects the belief that our breaks, cracks, and repairs are meaningful parts of who we are. Instead of erasing the past, therapy creates space to honor it, integrate it, and grow from it. The challenges we never asked for can become moments of clarity, resilience, and transformation.

What you can expect from me

My primary area of focus is trauma. I work with individuals healing from childhood abuse, attachment wounds, sexual abuse, sudden loss, and other overwhelming or painful experiences. I also support couples and families navigating relational trauma, including infidelity, domestic abuse, divorce, infertility, and other significant life ruptures.

My approach centers on helping clients heal first — restoring safety, agency, and self-compassion — and then supporting repair, growth, and integration. Over time, this work can open the path toward a more grounded, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
