Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Therapist committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges, transitions, and emotional difficulties. I believe every person deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My goal is to help clients build emotional resilience, increase self-awareness, and move toward healing and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

I take a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy, recognizing that each person’s experiences, cultural background, and life journey are unique. I strive to create a therapeutic environment grounded in trust, empathy, and respect, where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I work to ensure clients feel supported and safe throughout the process.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. Whether someone is navigating uncertainty, processing past experiences, struggling in relationships, or seeking greater balance and clarity, I aim to provide guidance that is both compassionate and practical.

My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based strategies with a client-centered approach, helping individuals gain insight, develop healthier coping skills, and create sustainable, meaningful change.

Above all, clients should know that they do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I am committed to walking alongside each client with care and intention, offering support that fosters healing, growth, and lasting emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, heard, and supported in a nonjudgmental environment where they can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. My goal is to create a therapeutic space built on trust, empathy, and respect, where clients feel empowered to show up as their authentic selves.

I take a client-centered approach, recognizing that each person’s story, background, and needs are unique. Because of this, I tailor treatment to meet each individual where they are, helping them identify goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and aligned with their values. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies that support long-term growth and well-being.

I integrate evidence-based interventions to support this process, helping clients gain insight into patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or difficulties navigating life transitions. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I aim to help clients better understand themselves as a whole person and build sustainable tools for healing and change.

Above all, I view therapy as a collaborative journey. I am here to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional wellness, while supporting them in reconnecting with their strengths and creating lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to be a welcoming and supportive experience focused on creating a sense of comfort, safety, and trust. I understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming or unfamiliar, so I aim to provide a nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and at ease from the very start.

During our first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss current concerns, and begin identifying your goals for treatment. I will also gather relevant background information to better understand your experiences, strengths, and any challenges you may be facing. This helps us build a strong foundation for a personalized and effective treatment plan moving forward.

My approach is collaborative, meaning we will work together to determine what feels most helpful and meaningful for you. I encourage open communication and welcome any questions you may have about the therapy process so you feel informed and empowered.

Clients can expect to leave the first session with a clearer sense of direction, feeling supported and understood, and with the beginning framework for a therapeutic plan designed to promote healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
