As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) with specialized training in intensive trauma treatment (CCTP-II), I have a deep understanding of the pervasive impact of trauma. I am currently furthering my expertise at the International Psychoanalytic Institute, where I am exploring how early relational experiences influence the development of personality structures, minds, and relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and families.

As a trauma-focused therapsit, i utilize modalities that focus on healing sexual, relational, and attachment trauma. These methods provide a safe space to revisit and work through traumatic memories. we also focus on how early connections, especially with caregivers, shape our ability to bond with others in the present. My intention is to integrate these approaches to help you cultivate a sense of safety, enhance your connections, and regain control over your emotions and relationships.
