I have a Masters Degree in Social Work and have practiced since 1981. I am solution focused. You are coming to me to solve problems and I am here to do my best to help you do that. I work with adults doing individual therapy, only. I work with all cultures, genders, and religions. I use a broad variety of techniques and skill sets to help you feel and function better in the areas of your life with which you are struggling, right now. Welcome.
I am solution focused and client oriented. I start where you are at and offer support and affirmation for what is going well for you. I help you identify a treatment plan to meet your needs. When needed, I teach new skills and explain how existing skills can be applied in new realms.
My goal is for you to feel heard and supported by me. What is taken away from any session will most likely vary depending on the focus of the session, but i do want you to feel you have gained something new you can use in your daily life , as we work together.
