Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate things on your own. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply wanting a space to understand yourself better, therapy can offer support, clarity, and real tools for change. I offer a calm, compassionate environment where you can show up as you are and work toward the life and relationships you want. Taking this step is an investment in yourself — and you’re worth that care. My goal is not only to help you understand yourself better, but to make sustainable changes that allow you to live a life aligned with your purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to slow down, reflect, and explore their experiences without judgment. I draw from evidence-based practices and tailor treatment to each person’s needs, combining insight-oriented work with practical tools that clients can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting comfortable and starting a conversation. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, welcomed, and not rushed. We’ll talk about what’s been bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying lately, and what you hope might feel different in your life. You don’t have to have the “right words” or share everything at once — we go at your pace.

I’ll ask some gentle questions to understand you and your story, and you’re always free to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. We’ll also talk about how therapy works and what you’d like to focus on moving forward. Many people tell me they leave the first session feeling relieved to have a place where they can be open and heard. My hope is that you leave feeling supported and a little less alone in whatever you’re facing.
