Great to meet you!

True healing is about a return to the whole self, and your journey is just as multi-dimensional as you are. I work with children, adolescents, and adults seeking a safe, compassionate space to better understand themselves and move toward mental and spiritual alignment. I also support individuals who are overwhelmed by the weight of depression, anxiety, major life changes, cultural adjustment and grief. Together, we build insight, resilience, and practical tools through holistic, culturally sensitive, collaborative care tailored to your unique experiences and goals.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. The mind and body are interconnected, and I offer a holistic approach to care that includes psychotherapy, medication management, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Healing is within reach. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. In our work together, you will have a dedicated space to breathe, reflect and evolve at your own pace, knowing that you are fully supported every step of the way. I invite you to schedule a consultation call as we embark on this journey together.
