Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping clients navigate stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, and issues related to motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My approach is unique and creates a safe, supportive environment where you can feel heard, respected, and begin your healing journey. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your specific needs and helps you achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a trauma-informed perspective which shifts the focus from "what's wrong with me?" to "what’s happened to me?" and “what’s strong in me?”

This approach takes all aspects of your life & experiences into consideration as we work together to develop strategies to find purpose, boost confidence, & regain control over mood. This approach strongly resonates w/clients & provides a supportive framework to explore challenges they may be facing w/ trauma, stress, anxiety, depression & relationship building.

What you can expect from me
