Great to meet you!

Hi! I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and my Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Supervisor, and use EMDR to providing compassionate, and trauma informed care tailored to each individual's unique needs.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy alongside other evidence-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and move toward lasting healing and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative, rooted in the belief that meaningful healing begins within a trusting therapeutic relationship. I incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy alongside other evidence-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, heal from trauma, reduce emotional distress, and build resilience. While therapy can involve difficult conversations, I also believe that laughter has a place in the healing process and often incorporate humor when it feels appropriate to help clients feel more comfortable, connected, and at ease.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we'll take time to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive environment. I'll gather information about your history, current concerns, and what has brought you to therapy, while also learning about your strengths and the goals you'd like to achieve. Together, we'll begin creating a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs, and if EMDR is an appropriate fit, I'll explain the process and answer any questions you may have.

Most importantly, I want you to know that this is your journey. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to serve as a compassionate guide—offering support, insight, and evidence-based tools as we work together toward healing and growth at a pace that feels right for you.
