I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology from Temple University and my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Family University. I am a Licensed Professional therapist and a Nationally Certified Counselor, that has worked with various populations from teenagers to the elderly in different settings including inpatient, partial hospitalization programs and intensive outpatient.
While using Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness approaches, I provide a nonjudgmental and safe environment to help clients through life's difficulties.
I have experience with helping patients process grief and loss, trauma, substance abuse, personality disorders, being on the receiving end of narcissistic abuse and more common concerns such as anxiety, depression.
