Great to meet you!

I have worked in an array of therapeutic settings such as: hospitals, community centers and residential facilities. I have seen adults and adolescents with varying diagnoses such as: anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, eating disorders and other dual diagnoses.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a non-judgmental, client-centered, and integrative approach. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions such as: elements of dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, somatic therapy, trauma-informed care and solution-focused therapy. Most importantly, I will always work alongside with other providers you may have.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, we work collaboratively to increase your understanding of your inner world and extract stuck points. With a newfound narrative, we then establish action-oriented objectives that reflect your increased personal power.
