Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a deep passion for helping adults heal from trauma and navigate life's most challenging experiences. I specialize in evidence-based therapy for PTSD and work with individuals struggling with lasting effects of childhood adversity, relationship trauma, sexual abuse, and military-related trauma. I have clinical experience in EMDR, CPT, PE, WET, STAIR and DBT and am an EMDRIA-Certified Therapist.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating a safe space where clients can process their experiences, develop new coping resources, and move toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique needs and strive to help clients feel heard, empowered, and supported through their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

During our initial intake, I'll take time to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your current concerns, personal history, and what you're hoping to get out of treatment. It's also a space for you to ask questions, share what feels important, and get a sense of my approach so you can decide whether I feel like the right fit to support you on your healing journey.
