Great to meet you!

As a board-certified clinical therapist, I view mental health as essential to overall well-being. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, and I’m proud of you for taking it. With over 15 years of experience, I’m here to support you on your journey. Everyone’s story is unique and deserves an individualized approach to care.

My approach to therapy

If we decide to work together, we’ll partner in your therapeutic process with open communication, mutual respect, and a focus on helping you feel heard, valued, and supported. I’ll be there to listen, encourage you, and challenge you as you grow and heal.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll have space to share your story and talk about what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll begin clarifying your goals and identifying what meaningful progress looks like for you. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being open and vulnerable while also feeling safe and supported. From there, we’ll continue building practical tools and insight to help you manage stress, anger, depression, and anxiety.
