Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Taking the step to seek help is the most important step! I’ve been practicing for 8 years, but in the last half, I have shifted my main focus to female clients aged 15-40 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, and prenatal/postpartum life.

My approach to therapy

Once we choose to work together, we'll function as partners in your therapeutic journey. It's essential to me that we maintain open communication and that you feel respected in our relationship. I will be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you throughout the process.

As a South-Asian therapist, I understand the cultural nuances and stigma surrounding mental health in our communities. I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive environment where you can embrace your diversity and work toward finding joy, peace, and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

We will begin an introductory session, where you'll have the chance to share your story and your goals for therapy. Together, we'll explore these objectives! I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable while also providing a sense of security. In our subsequent sessions, we will work collaboratively to turn these goals into reality for you.
