Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy begins with feeling truly seen and understood. I am a Licensed Psychoanalyst in New York State with a background in clinical psychology, counseling, and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and completed my psychoanalytic training at the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis in New York City.

Over the past several years, I have provided therapy to adults, couples, families, and young adults. I have experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity concerns, and deeper emotional patterns that may feel difficult to understand on their own.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable bringing their full selves into the room, while working together to develop greater insight, self-understanding, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My work starts from the belief that anxiety, depression, or feeling emotionally blocked or stuck are not just problems to manage, but meaningful signals pointing to something deeper. Rather than rushing to fix and quiet symptoms, we slow down and get curious about them. Together, we cultivate a relationship for those patterns to unfold so they can be understood and worked through and not pushed aside.

I offer a safe place where your thoughts, dreams, and your deepest layers can be explored freely. Nothing is off limits.

What you can expect from me

The way we work matters. I’m active, engaged, and real with you. I think of therapy as something we build together - collaborative, honest, and grounded in a relationship that feels warm enough to explore what’s usually left unsaid.

My approach is grounded in listening closely- not only to what is being said, but also to the emotions, experiences, and underlying patterns that may be influencing how you think, feel, and relate to others. Together, we’ll begin creating a space where you feel comfortable being open and curious about yourself without judgment.
