Great to meet you!

Nadia is a therapist trained in Psychoanalysis who believes lasting change begins with curiosity. Rather than focusing only on what's happening today, she's interested in how earlier experiences, relationships, and ways of coping continue to shape the present.

Much of her clinical work has been with adolescents and young adults, giving her a deep appreciation for the ways identity develops over time and how experiences earlier in life continue to influence adulthood.

Whether someone is navigating a current challenge or trying to understand patterns that have followed them for years, Nadia approaches the work with patience, thoughtfulness, and genuine curiosity.

My approach to therapy

Nadia creates space for people to think out loud, notice connections they may not have seen before, and explore questions that don't always have immediate answers.

Rather than offering quick solutions, Nadia helps clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the experiences that have shaped the way they move through the world.

Many people appreciate having a place where they don't feel pressured to have everything figured out. Over time, that understanding often makes it easier to approach relationships, decisions, and challenges with more confidence and clarity.

Nadia works with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, postpartum experiences, relationship concerns, and family conflict.

She also enjoys working with people who find themselves asking deeper questions about identity, relationships, and the patterns that seem to repeat throughout their lives. Some have tried therapy before and found it helpful, but still feel like there's more they want to understand about themselves.

What you can expect from me

Psychoanalysis is about understanding yourself more deeply. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, it explores the roots: where patterns come from, what they protect you from, and how they show up in your relationships and life choices.

This approach takes seriously the idea that much of what drives us operates outside our conscious awareness. The patterns you keep repeating, the relationships you find yourself in, the ways you sabotage yourself - these often have deeper origins worth understanding.

Psychoanalysis is relational and collaborative. It's not about someone telling you what's wrong with you. It's about creating a space where you can explore your own experience, notice what shows up in the therapy relationship itself, and gradually understand yourself more fully.
