Great to meet you!

I work with adults who often feel overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or emotionally drained, even though they are managing their daily responsibilities. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals dealing with anxiety, overthinking, relationship stress, or feeling lost during a transition in life.

I provide a warm, supportive space where we can slow things down, understand what you’re experiencing, and work toward meaningful, practical change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, gain clarity, and develop healthier ways of coping with stress and emotional challenges.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey with over 10 years of experience working in schools, outpatient settings, and private practice. I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs and focus on helping you move forward at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I focus on helping you understand patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, overthinking, or relationship stress, while also developing practical tools you can use in your daily life.

I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, while tailoring therapy to your individual needs and goals. Together, we will work on improving emotional awareness, building coping skills, strengthening relationships, and helping you feel more confident and balanced.

I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where you feel understood, comfortable, and able to move forward at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I take time to understand what you’re going through and what has been weighing on you. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your goals for therapy, and any patterns you’ve noticed that may be contributing to stress or anxiety.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and decide whether this feels like the right fit for you. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing and beginning the process at your own pace.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying areas of focus and discuss next steps to help you feel more grounded and supported moving forward.
