Hello! I received my doctorate in nursing practice from Columbia University, specializing in psychiatric-mental health. I completed my internship at Mount Sinai, focusing primarily on child and adolescent psychiatry. I currently work in child and adolescent psychiatry and provide medication management for mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, and trauma disorders.
I approach mental health treatment with an open mind and aim to provide care with an empathetic approach. It is important for me to understand what my clients have been through and to support them in moving forward and achieving their therapeutic goals
My goal is to be patient and understand what your priorities are. I want my clients to feel heard and understood. Ideally, during the first session, we will work together to figure out your main priorities and a plan of action for care.
