Great to meet you!

I'm Nadia Jomaa, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Florida native with a Master's degree in Social Work from Florida State University, graduating in 2017. I have 4 years of clinical experience, and currently I work full-time providing tele-mental health therapy. My areas of expertise include: postpartum depression and other maternal issues, stress, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, addiction, family/relationship issues and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I approach the therapeutic environment with compassion and empathy. I believe you are your own expert, and my role is to validate your experiences, while holding you accountable, challenging you to change your behaviors and parts of your own life, while providing the guidance and tools needed to gain insight, and know your power and worth.

What you can expect from me

I believe that change happens when people are given guidance and support. Clients can expect me to meet them where they are at, and in that space draw on their own strengths and realize their potential. I strive to provide an environment of compassion and support to help individuals and families overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive. I very much go at my clients pace and needs, and every session and treatment plan is individualized to meet those needs and unique circumstances.
