Great to meet you!

I am a Double board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in child and adolescent mental health. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where children feel heard and families feel understood. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, I partner with families to nurture resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being in every child.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and family-centered. I believe every child deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported, so I take time to build trust and create a safe space where both children and parents feel comfortable sharing openly.

I use an evidence-based approach that may include therapy, lifestyle support, and medication management when appropriate. I work closely with families to develop individualized care plans that reflect each child’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

My goal is not just symptom management, but helping children build confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills that last a lifetime.

What you can expect from me

My goal for the first visit is to build trust, reduce stress around the evaluation process, and begin identifying clear areas of focus. Together, we may start outlining an initial care plan that can include therapy recommendations, behavioral strategies, school support, and medication options if appropriate.

Families can expect to leave the first session with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and the reassurance that they are not navigating this alone.
