Great to meet you!

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relapse. As a compassionate and dedicated clinician, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. My background includes work as a drug and alcohol counselor, homeless outreach provider, and social worker with the Department of Veterans Affairs. I earned my AA and BS in Sociology before completing my Master of Social Work at California State University, Northridge, and becoming an LCSW.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your needs. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and task-centered work. Together, we can build coping tools, deepen self-awareness, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive conversation rather than an interrogation. We do not need to unpack everything at once. Instead, we will focus on building comfort, trust, and clarity around what brings you in so we can identify the best path forward together. If this feels like the right fit, I invite you to reach out.
