Great to meet you!

I am a client-centered and compassionate therapist who believes in meeting each client where they are in their mental health journey. I provide a supportive, collaborative, and culturally sensitive space where clients can feel heard and respected. I work with individuals, couples, families, and clients across the lifespan who may be navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, set meaningful goals, and make progress at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and grounded in humanistic psychology. I believe that each client is unique, so I tailor therapy to their individual needs, experiences, values, and goals. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed therapy, and Prolonged Exposure when appropriate. Together, we will work to better understand the challenges you are facing, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you are currently experiencing, and what you hope to achieve. I will take the time to understand your individual experiences, values, and goals. From there, we will work collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan and determine the approach that best supports your needs.
