Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing virtual therapy for adults and teens. My passion is helping people move past patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, codependency, and anxiety so they can create healthier boundaries, reconnect with their authentic selves, and live more grounded, intentional lives.

I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale and be yourself, a place where you don’t have to be the “strong one.” My style is warm, approachable, and down-to-earth, but I’ll also gently challenge you when it helps you grow. I believe real change happens when you feel both supported and encouraged to step outside of old patterns.

My approach to therapy

I mix different approaches to make therapy fit your needs. You can expect a space that feels supportive and real, where you don’t have to pretend or hold it all in. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and find practical steps to help you move forward. Along the way, I’ll offer practical tools you can use and gently challenge you to support meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect more than just a space to talk. You will leave with practical tools and insights you can put into practice in your daily life. Together, we will work on understanding the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and build healthier ways of coping, communicating, and setting boundaries. Clients often take away a stronger sense of self, more confidence in their decisions, and the ability to approach relationships and challenges with greater clarity and balance.
