Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California (PSY 34437) with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I provide psychotherapy for adults and couples and specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship concerns, burnout, life transitions, and cultural identity issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I integrate psychodynamic, Jungian, trauma-informed, somatic, mindfulness-based, and relational therapies to help clients better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship concerns, burnout, life transitions, and cultural identity issues. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and understood. In our first session, we will explore your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for therapy. Together, we will identify areas of focus and begin developing a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful and lasting change.
