A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer experiential, somatic, mindfulness-based and trauma informed psychotherapy. I will engage you in experiential activities or experiences to facilitate self love, self understanding, clarity and letting go of what does not serve you.

What you can expect from our first session

I want to help you develop self awareness, and gain tools that will help take responsibility of your well being.
