Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical social worker in IL and MO. I have been in the field for many years & enjoy working with clients at different stages of their lives. I utilize trauma informed approach & trauma focused & client centered counseling. I provide individual, family, & couple counseling.

My approach to therapy

Life is full of experiences beyond our control. Your experiences have brought you to where you are today & you have survived them all. If you are seeking therapy, you may be looking to move beyond surviving & into thriving. Therapy may help you process challenging experiences & discover your strengths which guide you into healing & thriving. Whether you still feel the impacts of trauma from the past, struggle to find grace for yourself in the present, or feel unsure of where to go next, my role is to help you move beyond the stuck-points, find self-compassion & grace, & fulfill you role & destiny.

What you can expect from me

I often use Client Centered Counseling in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate interventions to help you make progress. With CCC, we'll look at how your stressors affect your emotions, experiences, decisions and actions.
