Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and patterns that may no longer be serving them. My professional background includes work in outpatient behavioral health settings, where I’ve worked with clients experiencing complex trauma, attachment wounds, and longstanding relational patterns that may contribute to various mental health concerns. Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, unhealthy relationship dynamics, or difficulty understanding why they react the way they do. Together, we work to identify where these patterns originate and develop healthier, more intentional ways of responding.

My approach to therapy

My approach is insight-oriented, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients better understand the connection between their past experiences, attachment patterns, nervous system responses, and current ways of coping. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and honest. I value building strong rapport with clients while also helping to challenge unhelpful patterns, increase self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

My clinical approach incorporates CBT and DBT, attachment-based work, strengths-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic concepts. I believe therapy should honor the role of race, identity, lived experience, and the systems that shape our lives, and I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that is respectful, collaborative, and individualized. I have also completed specialized training with Lindsay C. Gibson, PsyD, focused on Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents and related relational dynamics.
