Nadine graduated from Auburn University with her BS in education. Later in life, personal experiences led her back to school to pursue a degree in counseling. Nadine is a big believer in mind/body connection and is certified as a yoga instructor and an integrative yoga therapist. She earned a Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Capella University in 2015. Nadine believes in being a helpful human being and spreading kindness whenever she can!

My approach to therapy

Nadine recently earned a mindfulness approaches to therapy certification. She is also working towards a certification in trauma treatment (CCTP). Nadine believes in a whole person approach to wellness and healing both physically and emotionally. We will definitely work together to find the best way for healing.

Her experience includes working with clients of all ages. Nadine recently worked with the acute mentally ill and those struggling with addictions. She is passionate about what she does and treats each client as a unique individual.
