Great to meet you!

Living with chronic pain or an ongoing health condition can wear down more than your body. It can affect your mood, your relationships, and sometimes how you cope, including with alcohol or other substances. I'm Nadine, an LMHC with an undergraduate background in health sciences, and I help adults navigating chronic pain, medical and biomedical challenges, and co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.

My professional background includes both residential and outpatient treatment, so I've supported people at many different levels of need. I understand how closely the mind and body are connected, and I believe the best care happens when everyone involved in your health is working together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, which means I don't use a one-size-fits-all plan. I tailor our work to your specific needs, goals, and what's going on in your life. When it helps, I coordinate with your doctors and other providers so your care feels connected instead of scattered. Together, we'll build practical ways to cope with pain, stress, mood changes, and cravings, and to help you feel more like yourself again.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and building a relationship where you feel comfortable and heard. We'll talk about what you're dealing with right now, what's been hardest, and what you'd like to be different. You don't need to have everything figured out or share it all at once. By the end, we'll have a clearer picture of your needs and goals and where to start.
