Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who provides compassionate, patient-centered care for adults. I work collaboratively with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based medication management with education and support in a nonjudgmental environment. I believe in meeting patients where they are, building strong therapeutic relationships, and creating personalized treatment plans that help them achieve greater stability, wellness, and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a comprehensive and supportive evaluation focused on understanding their concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, and treatment goals. I take time to listen, answer questions, and ensure clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. Together, we will discuss treatment options, develop a personalized care plan, and determine the next steps to support their mental health and overall well-being.
