Great to meet you!

As a licensed marriage and family therapist with a PhD in Integrative Medicine, I believe that emotional well-being is essential to living a balanced and fulfilling life. I understand that reaching out for support isn't always easy, and taking that first step is something to be proud of. My clinical experience spans addiction and recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach combines compassionate, evidence-based care with a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection, helping individuals navigate life's challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has a unique story, and therapy should reflect their individual needs, experiences, and goals. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in creating a genuine connection where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and experiences that may be holding you back, while building the insight and tools needed to move forward. I’m here not only to listen and support you, but also to gently challenge you, encourage growth, and help you create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to connect, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin understanding what you hope to achieve. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story openly and without judgment. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to know exactly where to begin. Together, we’ll identify your goals and develop a thoughtful, personalized approach to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction.
