Great to meet you!

I've dedicated my career to helping people understand themselves more deeply, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful change in their lives. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves--often after spending years trying to simply push through or “fix” what they're experiencing. Together, we'll slow down and explore your inner world with curiosity and without judgment so you can better understand yourself, reconnect with what you need, and move through life with greater clarity, peace, and intention.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is about more than learning how to cope—it’s about understanding yourself deeply enough to create lasting change. My approach is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. I’ll meet you with curiosity and without judgment, while also being honest and direct when I feel it can help you move forward. I believe your cultural background and lived experience are essential to understanding you as a whole person, so they’ll always be part of our work together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. Together, we'll begin identifying what you'd like to work toward and explore what may be contributing to how you're feeling or what's keeping you stuck. You'll leave with a clearer sense of what we can work on together and a direction for moving forward—all at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
