Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and i have been in practice for over 20 years. My master's degree in Mental Health Counseling was obtained from Nova Southeastern University and my bachelor's degree in psychology from Florida State University. I have assisted many clients over the years to overcome debilitating anxiety, depression, traumatic life events, and relationship struggles ranging from family issues for the entire generation of family. These are things that are not comfortable or easy to talk about and yet, we need help to move forward with our life.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, open, non-judgmental atmosphere to help you overcome painful experiences, stressful situations, and to have better relationships with overall satisfaction with life. The coaching I provide will help develop skills that will create confidence, self-esteem, and solutions to problematic issues that affect the way you want to live your life. These are some of the things that I have experienced in my own journey, and I look forward to assisting you with your own life path.

What you can expect from me

Clients have reflected that they walk away from my practice with the ability to manage and maintain healthier coping skills for their uncomfortable emotions, personal and professional relationships, and most importantly, self-esteem and self-confidence.
