Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years’ experience empowering individual, couples and families addressing life events, such as family conflict, anxiety, trauma, loss, behavior issues, relationship issues, parenting, etc. I use a strength-based approach incorporating different techniques to support you with accomplishing your goals, you just need to be willing to do the work.

My approach to therapy

“It is only in our darkest hours that we may discover the true strength of the brilliant light within ourselves that can never, ever, be dimmed”- Doe Zantemata. We all experience issues or difficult times in our lives, but we do not have to go through it alone. It is okay not to be okay and get the help we need to bring out the light within us in coping with everyday issues.

What you can expect from me

Individual, couples and families are welcome to reach out when feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or unable to figure out your life journey. You do not have to figure it out by yourself. “If you do not like something change it, if you cannot change it, change your attitude”- Maya Angelou
