Great to meet you!

I work with individuals and couples who struggle with various internal- and/or external challanges that impact their lives, relationships, and/or overall well-being. Maybe you are taking care of a loved one, or suffer from a chronic illness, perhaps you had a new baby and find yourself struggling with this beautiful, yet life-changing transition, or you plan on taking the next step in your relationship, yet you want to improve on communication skills first.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have 9+ years experience in case management, support counseling, therapy, and social work with diverse populations and focus on my clients’ needs as well as strengths. I am certified in Hypnosis Accelerated Processing Interventions, and trained in Adoption Competency, and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am fluent in German.
