Great to meet you!

I bring over 10 years of experience in higher education and working with college students and young adults. I believe that the overall wellness of others is integral to their success and survival. I am certified in QPR (Question. Persuade. Refer.) as an instructor, a Board Certified–TeleMental Health Provider, and a Mental Health First Aid Trainer. My experience includes the areas of depression, anxiety, major life adjustments, relational issues, stress management, trauma, and more.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and that every client is the expert on their life. One will get out of counseling what they put in. My job is to collaborate with them to support them in becoming their best selves.

What you can expect from me

Clients can be expected to leave sessions with a sense of empowerment to make their lives better prioritizing their wellbeing first and spending some time processing what was done in the session.
