Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years' experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I believe the healing journey is sacred. I provide therapy services for individuals needing behavioral health support by assisting individuals in recognizing options, problem-solving, identifying and using resources, trying things a new way, encouraging them to discover and build on their strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is Eclectic, which empowers individuals to reach their potential by using a treatment modality that meets their individualized needs. This is done with self-awareness, acceptance, and openness.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal as a therapist always to feel seen and heard. My guiding premise is to see everyone as their true, authentic selves, whole and complete. Therapy is a collaborative process, and this collaborative process begins at assessment and ends at discharge.
