Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who values authenticity, intentionality, and real conversations. I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, and my lived experiences have deeply shaped how I understand resilience, identity, and the pressures that can come with trying to “figure it out” while still carrying responsibility. My path through Morehouse College and later earning my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School strengthened not only my clinical foundation, but also my commitment to supporting individuals navigating growth in environments that are not always designed with them in mind.
At my core, I am someone who believes that people already possess the capacity for change, even when they feel stuck or overwhelmed. Much of my work has centered around adolescents, young adults, and adults facing life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, recovery journeys, and identity exploration. I am especially passionate about supporting emerging adults who are learning how to balance independence, expectations, relationships, and mental wellness all at once.
Clients who work with me can expect a therapist who is steady, thoughtful, and engaged. I take my role seriously, but I also understand that therapy should feel human. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to move forward with clarity and intention.
