Great to meet you!

Grace Enough Therapy exists to walk alongside individuals and families on their journey toward healing, growth, and wholeness. We believe that every person deserves compassionate, client-centered care grounded in empathy, respect, and trust. Our clinicians bring both heart and expertise to the therapeutic process, helping clients navigate life's challenges with Grace, courage, and renewed hope. At Grace, we see it as a sacred privilege to be invited into the lives of those we serve. Our mission is simple: to partner with our clients as they navigate their personal stories, offering professional guidance, genuine compassion, and a safe space for transformation. We honor the courage it takes to seek help, and we walk beside each person where they are, supporting them toward restoration and growth.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychoeducation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Therapy, among others. The therapeutic approaches used in treatment are tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

Through our initial conversations and ongoing work together, I seek to understand your experiences, challenges, and strengths. This collaborative process helps determine the most appropriate therapeutic approach to support your growth, healing, and progress toward your goals. Treatment is individualized, recognizing that no single approach is effective for every person or every situation.

What you can expect from me

My role is to support you in reaching your goals by helping you build the confidence to effectively use the tools and skills you develop throughout treatment. You can expect a therapeutic environment that is supportive, challenging, encouraging, and focused on helping you recognize and celebrate your progress as you work toward improved daily functioning and overall well-being.
