Great to meet you!

I received my doctorate from the University of Denver's Graduate School of Professional Psychology, and completed a one-year post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Colorado at Boulder. I specialize in treating anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, and interpersonal relationship issues using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am bilingual (English & Arabic) and provide multicultural-sensitive treatment.

My approach to therapy

I want to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, how you relate to others, and what your deepest values are. My approach is direct yet gentle, and I view therapy as a collaborative process that can be incredibly rewarding and helps you live the life you want, not the life you're told you should want.

What you can expect from me

I want you to be able to fully express yourself in a warm, safe, and supportive environment, while discussing what feels misaligned in your life. I will help you gain a better understanding of how you relate to yourself, to others, and to the world. This awareness and understanding helps us come up with goals for what you would like to see different about your life, at a pace that feels realistic and rewarding.
