Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I approach therapy with compassion, patience, and respect. I believe every person’s experience is unique, and I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change

My approach to therapy

I work with adults (18+) dealing with anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is client-centered, meaning our work is tailored to your goals, your pace, and what matters most to you.

Using CBT, REBT, and Motivational Interviewing, I help you identify unhelpful thought patterns, understand cognitive distortions, and clarify your values so you can make meaningful, lasting changes. Therapy with me is both supportive and practical—we focus on tools you can use in everyday life.

I offer telehealth sessions for convenient, accessible care. If you’re ready to take the next step, feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will complete the intake process and begin getting to know each other. I will review confidentiality and the limits of confidentiality so you have a clear understanding of your privacy and rights in therapy. We’ll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, your background, current concerns, and any challenges you may be experiencing. Together, we will identify goals for our sessions and create a plan that supports your needs and personal growth. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace
