Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and affirming space where you can

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my approach is collaborative, affirming, and solution-oriented. I draw from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based practices to help clients manage challenges, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change. My style is warm and empowering, providing both support and gentle guidance so clients can move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered with practical tools they can use in everyday life. Together, we’ll work on building coping strategies, gaining clarity, and identifying solutions that move you closer to your goals. My hope is that each session gives you a sense of progress, confidence, and encouragement to continue your growth outside of therapy.
