Great to meet you!

When you are navigating life’s most difficult chapters—whether it’s relationship conflict, chronic stress, or unresolved trauma—you deserve support that goes beyond simply being heard. You deserve thoughtful guidance, practical tools, and a therapist who understands how to help you move forward. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nine years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in breaking patterns that keep them feeling stuck.

My practice is grounded in strong clinical training and evidence-based care. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and hold advanced certifications in Alcohol and Drug Counseling (CADC-I), Anger Management (CAMS), and Domestic Violence (CDVS). These credentials allow me to work effectively with complex emotional and relational challenges, including burnout, communication breakdowns, and difficulties with emotional regulation.

I take pride in maintaining a diverse and inclusive practice. I have extensive experience working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including individuals and relationships within the LGBTQ+ community and those managing chronic health conditions such as HIV. I approach each client with cultural humility, respect, and an understanding that context matters.

Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole, I strive to ensure that language and culture are never barriers to care. If you are seeking a therapist who balances compassion with clinical depth and clarity, I am ready to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered and strength-based principles. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, DBT, and Solution-Focused therapy to offer comprehensive care. Committed to a holistic perspective, I prioritize meeting clients where they are, ensuring each session resonates with your unique journey.

What you can expect from me

Every individual's journey is unique, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek support. If you're feeling the weight of life's challenges or simply seeking a space to understand yourself better, know that you're not alone. I'm here to listen, understand, and walk alongside you. When you're ready to take that step, I'm here to help on your journey.
