Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Nai and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am Mien American. I attended Boston College where I completed my MA. I have over 7 years of experience in the mental health field.

I enjoy working with late adolescents, college students, young adults, and individuals who may be experiencing life transitions or struggling to find their identity (whether that is personal or professional).

My approach to therapy

People seek therapy for many reasons. Whether you are new to therapy or you have tried therapy more than once, I hope you will give it another try! I am process-oriented in my approach, and utilize an eclectic approach to meet my clients where they are at. Some would describe my style as being a coach or a guide. If you are open to this process, please schedule an appointment with me today.

What you can expect from me

During intake, I will gather some information from you. It may take a few sessions to determine if we are a good fit. If we both agree to continue to work together, we can begin to identify goals. Our work together may be hard and uncomfortable, but as I like to tell my clients, there is no growth without discomfort. I hope that you can leave each session with a little bit more clarity and confidence.
